Being Fully Excused for Wrongdoing

چکیده

On the classical understanding, an agent is fully excused for action if and only performing this was a case of faultless wrongdoing. A major motivation view apparent existence paradigmatic types excusing considerations, affecting fault but not wrongness. I show that three such ignorance, duress compulsion, can be shown to have direct bearing on permissibility actions. The appeal distinctly identifiable considerations thus does stand up closer scrutiny, undermining giving us reason seek alternative ways drawing justification/excuse distinction.
